I was actually extremely excited to receive an email about a review copy of this game because I played the demo almost a year ago at this point during a NextFest and loved it, and I am happy to say that the version they are launching into early access with took everything I loved in the demo and added to it. When I first got into the game there was a lack of information at times as to what certain effects did and it was easy to forget because there are a lot of keywords, some with similar effects. I kept having to go into the codex to see what certain effects were. Now you can hover over anything and it tells you exactly what effect it has, what each dice has applied to it, and the information is all right there for you to make decisions with. It is PERFECT for mobile and I can attest to the potential of a morbillion dollars for a quality game on mobile, they’ve only got Balatro and Slice & Dice, they could use another banger.
