Warriors having access to all four weapons sounds like they have four playstyles until you account for the fact that you could choose to go with either bows or crossbows for archery, focus on fighting with talents or auto-attacks with archery or dual-wielding, choose to go with any combo of one-handed strength-based weapons or strength-and-dexterity based daggers, two-handed weapons or sword-and-board, and the options to be either focused on damage or tanking can be exercised in any way you wish.
