The world has ended. ZERO Sievert charges you with scavenging equipment across multiple areas, all set in an atmospheric fictitious post-apocalyptic Eastern Europe setting. Your base of operations, the bunker, is filled with traders, modding stations, and areas to make your own, providing you with progression across your excursions into the wild. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, top-down shooters aren’t usually my style, but this one completely blew me away. It’s insanely easy to pick up and almost impossible to put down. The gameplay loop nails the thrill of extraction shooters, making every run feel exciting, whether you’re diving in or fighting your way out. Streamer Life Simulator 2

What really sets this game apart is its difficulty. The gunplay is nothing short of brilliant, challenging enough to keep you on your toes, but rewarding enough to make every victory feel earned. It strikes that rare balance between fun and depth that keeps you hooked from start to finish. Your crosshair/cursor locks in place when you’re firing a weapon. This makes aiming at moving targets frustrating even when you’re practicing good trigger discipline. It makes combat feel less responsive than something this twitchy should feel.
