If you’re curious as to what all the hype for this return was about and able to keep your expectations in check then this might just give you a small glimpse of just how far gaming has come. Keisha and Achmed going yard back to back and Luanne Lui getting a 2 run homer on a crazy bunt that settled against the right field fence… The Little Wombats are gonna take the Pennant this season. This was a complete surprise and exactly what I wanted it to be, I don’t think I’ve ever bought a game this fast. Exactly what it says on the tin. I grew up with Humongous Games and always hoped someone would revive the catalog, so this was an especially appreciated nostalgia trip – with the added bonus of actually running smoothly and playing well, which isn’t at all guaranteed with these kinds of projects
