The way the characters are written is so unique and lively that it immerses you much more into the game. Even the random NPCs with their own personalities make the city much more active. You really start to feel with the bums when suits explain how they couldn’t support you because they don’t have any money themselves. The only solution here? Pissing on them in disrespect. The variety in the achievements motivated me to explore the city in its entirety to complete the game to a 100%. In the end, the best rewards you get are the outtakes of Mr. Jello and the beautiful post-game reward. They really bring the game to a smooth finish and serve as a final experience to cherish.
