Cult of the Lamb casts players in the role of a possessed lamb saved from annihilation by an ominous stranger, and must repay their debt by building a loyal following in his name. Start your own cult in a land of false prophets, venturing out into diverse and mysterious regions to build a loyal community of woodland Followers and spread your Word to become the one true cult. Collect and use resources to build new structures, perform dark rituals to appease the gods, and give sermons to reinforce the faith of your flock. Cult of the Lamb is quite possibly my favorite dungeon crawler game I have ever played. The story is simple, straight forward, and easy to understand. The fighting mechanics are very smooth, and not clunky or hard to get a grip on. And the visual style is absolutely beautiful, with the character designs being very nice. Only Up!

The game is slightly buggy, with some slight visual/gameplay issues, but if you can get over that, and you like cute spooky games, this game is for you. I really didn’t think I would like the action rogue-like game play as I have never really played anything similar to it, but I have to give this game a round of applause! I got this game only a couple a weeks ago on a whim so that me and my partner could play a game together, we have not been able to put this game down. We love the base building aspect of the game along with the fighting aspect of the dungeons and bosses, this game is so much fun and I love how to can individually customise your followers.
