Phenomenal first impressions so far. I definitely have to put more time into it, but I’m enjoying the story and the combat upgrades. The art style looks beautiful and the music great. I wanted to get this review out to let anyone who may be waiting or concerned about the game to give it a try. I can only see this getting better. It also seems they streamlined the game a lot and combat now follows a roguelite mechanic where an adventure has temporary progression only. Probably the permanent progression is in the form of equipment. Definetly more focused on objectives and less on the evolution of characters. The progression of characters is the worst part so far. The adventure missions are pretty good but it’s definetly not what most people expect because of the temporary progression
