Speaking of weird noises, why the ORCTalk seminars and goofy showmanship during intros? Sean Bean didn’t sit through a Billie Jean musical number from Lurtz’s before getting (non-sexually) penetrated with arrows. Arrows went in, Lurtz growled, Sean gargled, Gondor wept. Fin. His intro was also perfect. Perfect! Everything, down to the last minute details. Lurtz walked in all menacing and was like, “I’m him.” He wasn’t. But kudos for saying it with his chest. And that’s what I wanted! Not to sing along with these deranged killing machines and exchange quips, but to feel unease when we lock eyes before the penetrating starts! Speaking of penetrating—Monolith, majne hombres, why no female orcs, hm? Give. No questions—just give.
