NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM allows players to battle in full 3D across massive environments. Players will unleash powerful jutsu attacks, perform acrobatic evasive maneuvers and even run up walls and over water as they pursue their opponent for ninja supremacy. Players will be able to customize their character’s fighting style and recruit up to two support characters to put their own stamp on the action. NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM has been remastered in HD. Let’s rip the bandaid off, the story structure is baffling. The game starts at the end of Naruto’s journey, forcing you to unlock flashbacks through side missions, these missions range from arena fights to playing hide-and-seek with Konohamaru. But even worse than that, all narrative content is dumped into lifeless text boxes before battles, the perfect recipe to ruin a story. Parkitect
I did complete the story. I also managed to do the majority of the side missions (with bonuses), though it did start getting tedious, so the last 4 or 5 I didn’t bother with. As others have said the game is rather repetitive, so it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. Though I enjoyed it to a point and got my money’s worth so will give it a thumbs up. For how old this game is I am having a lot of fun. Little difficult and unexplained controls also it’s annoying having to collect scrolls, etc. after every mission otherwise solid 7/10 Game. Would recommend to any naruto fan. I am curious how other ninja storms will look after I finish this one.
