I bough the game day 1 and I had to restart and load saves multiple times because of bugs throughout my playthrough. So yeah wait for a few patches before playing if you don’t wanna bother. I’ll say right now; the focus is on puzzles, exploration and backtracking more than the combat. Combat’s there but well… Currently it’s far, far too easy. You are flooded with enough bullets to field an army, and every enemy currently in the game is strictly melee only. Two of the enemy types won’t even move or attack you unless you shoot a gun or turn your torch on! As for the story, we don’t really get to learn enough about it but what’s there is pretty interesting I think. There are some cutscenes, about the usual sort you get from his games. Serviceable, though still without voice acting. Reading through the extra information after beating the game, there’s enough to expand on stuff in several ways so I hope we get a bit more over time.
