The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned by the undead apocalypse. Left to fend for herself, she has been forced to learn how to survive in a world gone mad. After the events of Season 1, you continue Clementine’s story and play as her. This season was a bit more grim and darker. It wasn’t as great as Season 1 but it’s up there. The first episode reminds you that this is The Walking Dead and throws you out of the window. The ending made me cry just like the first season. Spoilers for the ending and Season 3 This is probably one of the most high-impact gaming experiences I have ever had. I had the same level of investment in this as I would a tv series and I shed tears over it. I cannot overstate enough that if you have no played this series, you are seriously missing out. The Walking Dead Season 2 Video-Game
A fantastic continuation of the first season! Clementine continued to grow and develop and having her at the center of all of it is honestly what made the game good. If she hadn’t been there, the other characters would have been dull (kind of like A New Frontier) due to obv character tropes. Definitely recommend. Despite of the conventional opinion, I LOVED this season with every fiber of my being. It was such a beautiful experience, I had just beaten season 1 and playing season 2 made me feel so immersed with Clementine’s story. If you like the season 1, you will most definitely like season 2. The opinion over it mostly varies but I believe it’s common that people genuinely enjoyed the season, sure it could’ve been better but it was still don’t well nonetheless and my personal second favorite season of the game.
