First, the physics feel largely like the old THPS games, admittedly more like THPS4 than 1 or 2. It doesn’t feel like the slippery clown shoes kindergarten cake walk nonsense that THPS Pro Skater HD did, which was an absolute travesty of a game, and that was my biggest concern. The new music is a mixed bag, honestly, but the gameplay is definitely here. Second, there are broken achievements, and it seems to be a widespread issue. I missed both the 50k point achievement and the Rookie Challenge achievement within my first two hours of play, and I’m not the only one. Sadly, there does not appear to be any proper fix nor any update on the issue from the developer.
